Randy Gabel has 28 years of experience in Fire Service and Emergency Medical Services as a Firefighter / Paramedic. He is currently employed as a Deputy Fire Chief in a Suburban St. Louis County Fire District. He is the primary Public Information Officer and oversees the Public Education and Emergency Preparedness Programs for the community he serves.
Randy has a vast amount of experience as an Instructor for over 25 years. He has been an instructor in numerous Emergency Medical Programs, Missouri Fire Department Instructor, American Heart Association Instructor Trainer, Incident Command System (ICS) Trainer and most currently a CERT Program Instructor / Program Manager. Randy also has taught programs for the Missouri State Emergency Management Agency (SEMA), the Regional Community Policing Institute (RCPI) based at Missouri Western College, St. Louis Community College, and East Central College.
Randy has been married to Joyce for 26 great years and they have two adult boys they are very proud of. Randy has served in the US Navy Reserve, Boy Scout leader, and Subdivision Trustee President.
Scott has been employed with a suburban St. Louis County fire department for nearly 14 years beginning as a Firefighter – Paramedic and advancing into an executive fire department position for the past 5 years. He has been a State of Missouri Licensed Paramedic for 15 years and a Firefighter since 1977. He is married and has two children and two step children and he recently became a proud grandfather of Richard William. He has served as the treasurer of the Eureka Sports Association and coached a baseball team.
Joyce has worked in the customer service business for more than 25 years in various positions from Inventory Clerk to Shift Supervisor. She worked for United Van Lines for 15 years; Gabel Petroleum for 4 years; and The Market, Inc for 10 years. She has attended numerous programs at East Central College and St. Louis Community College.; she is a graduate of St. Clair High School. Joyce is married and has two children and been involved in various community programs.
Michael A. Wiegand has 30 years of experience in Public Safety as a police officer and administrator. He is currently employed as the Chief of Police for the City of Eureka, Missouri, a position he has held for 18 years. He has extensive training in law enforcement and emergency management.
